General information
Printing with a photochromic effect are achieved using a special transparent ink, activating changes to a specified colour when exposed to daylight or artificial light, provided it contains UV rays. If the light does not contain ultraviolet rays, the hidden image, pattern or text remains invisible. Ink for the photochromic effect we apply mainly to paper substrates.
Possibilities
Example applications: posters, leaflets, outdoor adverts, discount cards and loyalty schemes.
For example, once outside, a discount code or special offer that was previously invisible may appear on a leaflet or bookmark.
