Special laminating

General information

Laminate coating is a particular form of lamination. It involves coating surfaces with laminates to give them special properties. Laminates used for this purpose are considerably thicker than films used for lamination.

Here’s what we can do for you using different laminates:

• Anti-slip floor stickers (floor laminate)
• Protect prints from fading (laminate with UV filter)
• Protect printed materials from damage (anti-graffiti laminate)

Technologia

The application of laminates is very similar to lamination. Laminates are applied to the surface using a special adhesive. Laminated surfaces can undergo further bookbinding processes, be printed or combined with other print finishes (e.g. UV laminate + floor laminate).
